An event planner is a professional who organizes and manages events such as weddings, birthday parties, or may specialize in individual types of events.

He will be able to make all your ideas come true, even the most extravagant ones, precisely because it is his job to make dreams come true.

The Event Planner first needs to fully understand the requirements of the clients and based on many factors such as budget, number of people involved, wishes, needs, etc., he starts to define the details and plan the event

An event planner manages all activities leading from the event concept phase to the event itself, as well as the team of people involved in the event.

To do the job to the best of their ability, event planners use trusted professionals and vendors.

Whenever you want to organize an event, whether it is the simplest or the most complex, the event planner will use all his or her experience and knowledge to make sure the event is perfect.

In addition to corporate events, private events such as weddings, christenings, birthdays, parties, and photo shoots are also organized.

A Checklist is a list of things to do or check to get to a result. Each checklist, depending on the event we want to do, will be different, depending on the typicality of the event.

Once we have decided to create an event, before the checklist, it would be helpful to write down the ideas that come to mind and our priorities, perhaps in the form of keywords (for example, for my wedding I want an arch, I write "arch," then I think of the chairs I want and write for example "country chair," etc.).

Then we move on to the Checklist, which needs to be clear and complete. Often, especially for weddings we tend to give a deadline for things, such as the dress fitting, 9 to 6 months before the event.

Checklists are done by sentences: this makes it easier to track what needs to be done and what has been done.
